If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you either purchased or received it (for online purchases). You can return items to the studio using a delivery service for ILS30. On Sale items can be returned or replaced up to 5 days from the date of purchase or receipt. To be eligible for a return (and a refund), your item must be unused, with all the original tags and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card according to the terms of your purchase (meaning, if you used instalments, your refund will also be divided into instalments) within 48 hours. You will receive the credit within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase value.
